The Adoption Journey

The road will be long but there’s so much to learn along the way.  There are many times when you allow yourself to carry on with life, whilst waiting for other people to make decisions about your future.  It can feel that you are out of control of your own life.  BUT there are ways you can move things along and feel more in control.  As you go through assessment, waiting to be matched and the ups and downs along the way this package will help support that process.

6 sessions run over 3 months looking at:

• Discovery session (where are you now and what do you want)
• Values (what makes you you)
• Sabotuer (recognising those things that hold you back)
• Balance (powerful choice)
• Design your future (compelling goals)
• Future self
