"I am amazed at how effective your coaching has been to date. Bearing in mind we have only had 3 sessions so far, the change has been very impressive. Among other things you very quickly recognised that I very often answer questions with a negative start and then move towards the positive. My manager commented only this week that he has noticed a change in my responses in certain situations - he thinks my approach is far more positive than it has been in the past. The sessions have very much helped me to focus on what is important in my career and I have confidence in our sessions helping me to progress in this area.
