Coaching Packages

Ripples Coaching offers two basic avenues – personal and group coaching. Whilst they have different focuses they both are done using the Co-Active Coaching Model, with a high level of ownership from the client.

Choosing the right coach can be difficult as there must be a certain amount of chemistry between client and coach to be able to leverage the relationship.

Free sample sessions are advised so that both client and coach can get a feel for how they will work together. Please contact us to arrange a free twenty minute sample session before committing to any paid sessions.

There are price structures available with some negotiation around circumstances.

We have available coaching packages that are run on an individual and/or group basis. They are between 4 – 7 sessions long over 3 – 6 months. This allows time for what you learn and experience to integrate into your life. Sessions can be done face to face and/or on the telephone.

We do also provide a flexible coaching package that is tailored to your individual needs. So if there are other areas that you want coaching on, that are not present in the packages, please contact us.

Together the client and coach designs their alliance with continual review to make sure maximum use of time and money to achieve the results the client wants. The coaching relationship grants the power for clients to deepen their learning and forward the action in their lives. The responsibility lies in the joint relationship not in the coach's hands.

Ever been on a training course where you felt more could be learned from others in the group then the trainer? Group coaching enables that group learning, where you can contribute your own experiences and learn from those with more experience.

Also learning as a group changes the dynamics of groups outside the classroom, so creating an environment of continual learning and support. We have a number of group coaching packages that will enhance the performance of a team and allow for peer support once the coaching is complete.
